I treasure these products and know you will too!  If you find this not to be the case however, I will accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt for a credit (* excluding shipping and handling). At the present time a refund is not available, I am very happy to answer any questions you may have about any particular item in my inventory before you make your purchase. If you are not sure of an exact size, a color or texture for example; just email me referencing the item in question and I will get back to you as soon as possible. My goal is to make you happy with everything you purchase at avarietyofpets.

I ask that you email me first to indicate your interest in exchanging an item BEFORE sending it back so I can provide you with an exchange number.  I am not able to accept shipped merchandise exchanges without an exchange number.  Please report any intent to exchange within 7 days of receipt via dated email. Upon receipt and inspection of your return I will be happy to exchange the item or offer you on-line credit (valid for one year).

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and not applicable to on-line store credit.
  • Returned items will only be accepted if they have all of the original tags and labels attached and are in re-salable, unworn condition.
  • ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS OF ANY KIND TO ANY PRODUCT VOIDS RIGHT TO RETURN.
  • Freight charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must prepay shipping as I do not accept C.O.D. and items must be insured for their value not their cost (ie sale item pricing).

Please ship back item(s) securely packed, insured and with a "request for a signature" for your own protection of arrival confirmation. I am not responsible for items lost in return shipping. If there is a lost package it is the responsibility of the customer to take up the matter with the shipping company selected by the customer. In the unfortunate situation where a purchased item is damaged in shipping to the customer, I will be happy to assist you in communications with the shipper to verify the original condition of these items at the time of packing.

  • Price adjustments are not available on any purchases. 
  • SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALESale items can only be exchanged for another identical item.
  • If you believe that you received defective merchandise or were shipped the wrong item you must notify us via email within 48 hrs of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund.  I do not manufacture my products and therefore do not offer any warranty.
